So rest assured what you see in the picture is what will arrive to you .
We donot substitute merchandise , when you view our items here at ECrater or at our huge website ( ) what you see is what you get ... we do not show one thing and deliver something different .

Our item descriptions are extensive , we strive to fully describe each item in great detail including size , color(s) measurements etc .

Due To Health Code Regulations we no longer accept returns or exchanges on any type of underwearable, and/or any type item that touches ones private parts or personal area's....This includes Swimwear of any kind, Bikini's, Under Garments, Socks etc ...

It's very rare for customers to need to return or exchange merchandise , However, if you do have a concern , we want to make addressing your concern as easy as possible.
If you need to make a return or exchange with your merchandise contact us within 5 business days from date your merchandise is successfully delivered to the ship address you've provided
, we will address your concern ASAP and if necessary gladly replace and / or send you another item of equal or greater value .
Returns or Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis and are not automatically granted , this will be evaluated when addressing your concern , otherwise the sale is considered final and will be evaluated when addressing your concern , it is at our discretion whether or not we will do a return or exchange .

Any Returns or Exchanges must be accompanied by
an Authorized Return Authorization Number ( RAN #) or
an Authorized Exchange Authorization Number ( EAN # )
which you may obtain by contacting Online Customer Service at the following address :
NO Returns or Exchanges Will Be Accepted Without This Number and proper authorization which must be clearly written on the box when returning anything back to us, clear and precise details are issued when issuing your Return or Excahnage Authorization. .
Returns / Refunds will Be Subject To a 20% Return To Stock fee and / or Other Associated Fees if applicable , shipping fees are not refundable.
Any Refunds Will Be Evaluated On a Case By Case Basis and shipping fees are non-refundable .
Refunds May Be In The Form of a Merchandise Refund Credit which Enables the purchase of item(s) of equal value or We may issue a purchase price refund ... shipping fees are not refundable.
Purchase price refund means the dollar amount you've paid for the item(s) shipping not included ... shipping fees are not refundable.
We DONOT Issue Cash Refunds .
Please note : If we ship your merchandise to you and for whatever reason it comes back to us UNDELIVERABLE or
UNDELIVERABLE as addressed because you've given us the wrong shipping address , If we grant a Refund in this case ,
the shipping fees are not refundable and you will Be Subject To a 20% Return To Stock fee .

AS of 2/31/2010 WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS BY MAIL AS PAYMENT , WE NOW ONLY ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS BY MAIL AS PAYMENT and We PREFER POSTAL MONEY ORDERS or at least Westen Union Money Orders, You can However obtain and mail to us whatever money order is most convenient for you and your locale ... (3) Shipping Info ... How and when we ship :

After you've made payment and submitted your order/purchase to us...
we package and ship your merchandise out to you fast ... generally within 1 to 3 hours after we process your order/payment .
Our packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Service ( Post Office )...
either Priority Mail or First Class Mail .
Postal Priority Mail generally takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive to you .
First Class Mail generally takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive to you .
If you have not received your merchandise within 6 business days Please Donot be so quick to issue us negative feedback, Instead Contact us for a Status update.

We ship merchandise out Monday thru Saturday and we have around the clock package pick up services .
We Package and prepare merchandise for shipment 7 days a week , 24 hours a day .
